What do you do to keep fit?

            I think it is important to get enough sleep.  Every night, I go to bed early.  I sleep about seven hours a night.  I also eat fruits and vegetables every day.  I never drink soda and I never eat candy or junk food.


            Exercise is a great way to keep fit.  I do yoga every morning and I always do fifty push ups.  I live on a mountain, so I sometimes go hiking after I get home from work.  I sometimes play tennis with my neighbor at the tennis courts near my apartment.

  1. in order to maintain my weight i eat two meals of day. and also i eat many seasonal fruits after meal and i don't eat snack and beverage.

    of course this way have to accompany exercise. so i use way that install health app(caynaxA6W) this app schedule my exercise programe and coach exercise movement. it is very simple and portalbe so i recommand the way that use health app. if you follow my way perfectly, im sure that you will maintain perfect shape

  2. I think it is crucial to eat vegetable.I eat vegetable everyday.also i eat apple every day because i love apple.
    I play soccer twice a week. playing soccer is a graet way to keep fit.

  3. I think it is important to eat meal regularly. I eat three meals everyday and I sometimes eat fresh fruits. fresh season fruits make healthy body.
    I like exercise. but I have no time to exercise in school these days. so I do stretching about two times a week.
    Also, drinking enough water is good way to keep fit. I don't like soda.

  4. What do I do to keep fit myself? when I saw the person who wasn't robust and healthy, I was insecure in my mind. so I need to oblige to keep fit my body as well as condition. how can I make it?
    If my body is too fat, it's definitely deterrent and obstacle. so I need to struggle keeping fit stringently. I just eat only three meal every day except any snack or beverage. although I drink and eat them, it's not common and addicted for me.
    when almost women had been walking on the street, they was gripping some drink like instant coffee. why they always bring them from shop?
    I think it's not irrelevant to keep fit.
    Instead of drinking any beverage, we could have the inhalation of oxygen or walking for a hour. it's better than that, I think.
    furthermore, drinking water is the most important to keep fit my health.
    It's my addicted one. enough pure water come into effect well for my body.

    I like going to bed for sleep in midnight and also, having nap.
    it's so delicious and make my condition better.
    The best way for keeping fit is exercise like walking, MMA, and whatever..
    I go walking everyday and I sometimes do push ups in my room.
    I usually go bicycling after I get home from school. even though I can't participate in soccer team with my friends, I rarely have a time playing soccer alone in playground that is near my house.

  5. I think it is very useful to exersice regularly.
    Almost everday i play tennis and do push-ups.
    In addition there i go bicycling every weekend in Bumo-moutain way
    These exercises are useful and very fun,Especially bicycling is very useful
    becasue bicyling is aerobic exercise.
    And To maintain healthy body i eat helathy food like carrots juice and Ginseng juice.
    finally it is good to health to think optimistic, so don't be worry.

  6. actually i don't exercise for my health.
    so i have anything to tell to keep my fit.
    But i do two things for my health.
    That is eating vegetarian diets and enough sleeping
    I eat various vegetable everyday. and I drink 200ml milk twice a day.
    it is important to get enough sleep to recharge our energy, to refresh our body and to keep physical health.
    I will try to play squash three times a week for my helthy

  7. I think eating control is very important to keep weight.Eating in late evenig time is very bad.I reduce eating in late evening.Also I always walk fast to exercise. I sometimes go health club but now I will do weight lifting at least five times a week.And I will play squash twice a week.I think most important to keep fit is exercise and less eating.

  9. I do to keep fit for two ways. eating and exercise.
    First, Eating. I eat all three meals. and i don't overeat. because overeating is too bad for health, and it causes to gain weight. I eat fruits every day. I like banana.
    Last, Exercise. I'm a member of koreatech dance club 'BASIA'. I do dance three times a week. these days, we practice dance for school festival.

  11. I think it is crucial to walk regularly.
    I walk around school every morning because I feel fresh and healthy when I do.
    Also, I think it is important to eat breakfast everyday.
    Breakfast makes me healthy and gives energy.
    but I don't eat well breakfast because I get up late and I have no time.
    So, I will try to get up early and eat breakfast everyday.

  12. I think exercise is very important to keep kit.
    Most people use to be a diet for keeping fit. but that way is too risky.
    Diet may bring to yo-yo syndrome. yo-yo syndrome means that the dieter is initially successful in the pursuit of weight loss but is unsuccessful in maintaining the loss long-term and begins to gain the weight back.
    So. I don't diet and do exercise.
    I do Gumdo every night from 20 to 22.
    Gumdo is very hard exercise. so I do that everyday, automatically I keep fit.

  13. The way to stay in shape.
    I exercise play tennis and do walking uphill two times a week.
    I think eating habits is most important for to keep fit my health.
    I have breakfast every morning.
    This habit make the brain and internal organs are activity.
    So my basal metabolic rate is enhancement.
    At lunch time, I have lunch what I really want to eating.
    And dinner time, I have less meat and rich fruits and vegetables.
    Don't eat food before sleep.
    It's the most important thing to me.
    Sometimes before falling sleep, I apply a face pack for skin care.
    Especially, the mask made of clay is suitable for oily skin.
    When the clay dries up, the mask helps skin to tighten the pores and blemishes.
    and Getting up early and going to bed early, too.
